A few years ago I visited Charleston, the country home of the Bloomsbury group in Sussex. (People like Virginia Woolf, Vanessa Bell, Clive Bell, E.M.Forster and Maynard Keynes). The walls and doors are painted with amazing murals that various different Bloomsbury artists painted. I love the idea that you can stamp yourself so permanently onto the house.
